The form shows confirmation only after storage is confirmed. Requests are limited to five saved inquiries per email address per hour to reduce spam. A hidden spam field is also checked.
The website owner can read inquiries in a protected inbox after signing in with the approved ChatGPT account. Inquiries are not publicly listed. The website forwards inquiry details to info.adbcanada@gmail.com through FormSubmit after recipient activation. FormSubmit and Google Gmail process this information to deliver notifications. FormSubmit states that its submission archive retains entries for 30 days. Notification status and attempt time are stored in the website database; provider acceptance does not prove email delivery. The owner can retry a notification from the private inbox. The website does not save form entries in browser storage. Unsaved entries may be lost if you leave the page.
Resource searches
News and Resources searches use words and a category you enter to filter our published content. Search terms appear in the page URL and may appear in browser history and hosting logs. Do not search using SINs or other sensitive personal information. External resources open on their providers’ websites and are subject to those providers’ privacy terms.
Browsing and hosting
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and access services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser details to deliver and protect the site. Access-related cookies may be managed by the hosting platform. ADB Consulting LLP has not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or non-essential cookies to this build. Images and fonts are served locally; no third-party calendar is embedded. Cloudflare D1 stores submitted inquiries as part of the hosting service.
Email inquiries
The intended purpose of an inquiry is to respond to your request, discuss services and prepare a quote where requested. If you contact us directly by email, it is delivered to info.adbcanada@gmail.com through your email provider and Google’s Gmail service. Those providers process email under their own terms. Inquiries are used to respond to your request and discuss services. Stored inquiries are not automatically deleted by this website. Contact us for information about retention, processing locations or to request deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements. Sending an inquiry will not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Confidential records
Do not enter SINs, banking details, passwords, tax documents or other sensitive financial information in the general form. This website does not offer document uploads or collect file attachments. Contact us to discuss your service needs without sending confidential records through the general enquiry form.
Payments and invoice references
The payment page asks for an invoice or service reference. The reference is held only in the current page, not saved by the site or automatically sent to PayPal. If you select Copy invoice reference, it is copied to your device clipboard. Selecting Continue to PayPal opens the owner-provided PayPal payment page. Enter the reference yourself in PayPal’s note or reference field. Do not use sensitive information in this reference. Card and billing information will be entered on PayPal’s website, not collected by this website. PayPal’s own privacy terms will apply to its checkout.
Appointment booking
The booking page lets you choose a service and continue to the owner-provided Google Calendar scheduling page. Availability and appointments are managed by Google Calendar. The website itself does not create appointments. All service choices open the same consultation calendar. Google Calendar will collect the name, email and appointment details configured by ADB Consulting LLP, and the connected calendar will receive booking details. No Google Calendar scripts or calendars load on this site before you choose to continue.
Phone and WhatsApp
Phone and WhatsApp links use our business number, 416-805-2696. A phone link opens your calling app. A WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, where you can choose whether to send a message; no message is sent automatically. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms. Do not send tax documents, SINs or banking details through a general inquiry.
External connections
The website links to the existing PayPal payment page and Google Calendar appointment schedule. These external providers manage their own confirmations, settings and privacy terms. No secure client portal is connected. Contact inquiries are stored in the website database. Payment references and booking selections are not saved by this website.
